Wheelchair Access

There are various ramps and lifts across the venue giving access to all areas of The Pavilion.

All performance areas have limited wheelchair spaces. Please make the Box Office staff aware of your requirements when booking tickets, otherwise space cannot be guaranteed.

Accessible toilets within the main foyer can be found on the ground floor to the rear of the building.

Disabled Parking

Parking at Whitby Pavilion is managed by North Yorkshire Council.

There are several disabled bays within the car park, however these are limited and on a first come basis. For further information please visit North Yorkshire Council’s website.

Induction Loop

The Pavilion is fitted with a state of the art induction loop system. For further information, please contact Box Office or an Usher upon arrival.

Access / Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed in all public areas of The Pavilion. If you need any further assistance then a member of staff will be more than happy to help.
